- This program is for people whose BMI (Body Mass Index= your weight in kgs divided by the square of your height in meters) is between 25 and 35
e.g. between 81 and 113 kilograms (12.8 and 17.8 st; 180 and 250 lb) for a height of a 1.8 meters (5 ft 11 in). - The objective is not to have a spectacular loss of weight endangering your health and not efficient on the long term, but to reeducate your eating habits in order to lose weight regularly without gaining kilos back.
